Batam – Johor Bahru – Melaka
- Morning ferry from Batam Centre to Stulang Laut, Johor Bahru.
- Short city tour: Sultan Abu Bakar Mosque and Dataran Bandaraya.
- Lunch.
- Drive to Melaka.
- Red Square (Stadthuys and Christ Church), A Famosa and St. Paul’s Hill.
- Hotel check-in and an evening at Jonker Street.
- Dinner.

Melaka – Putrajaya – Kuala Lumpur
- Breakfast and check-out.
- Drive to Putrajaya: Putra Mosque and Perdana Putra.
- Lunch.
- Kuala Lumpur: Petronas Twin Towers (KLCC), Merdeka Square, Istana Negara (outside).
- Hotel check-in, free evening in Bukit Bintang.

Batu Caves – Genting Highlands
- Breakfast.
- Batu Caves.
- Drive to Genting Highlands and ride the Awana SkyWay cable car.
- Chin Swee Temple and free time in Genting (theme park and outlets).

- Back to Kuala Lumpur for dinner.

Terms & conditions
- The Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) must be completed before arrival; our team will help.
- Prices apply to the group sizes in the price table and may change with exchange rates, holiday seasons and availability.
- A booking is confirmed once the deposit reaches Serunai Travel’s official bank account.
- The balance is due according to the schedule agreed before departure.
- The itinerary order may change due to traffic, weather or attraction opening hours, without reducing the programme.
- Standard twin / double sharing rooms. A single supplement applies for single rooms.
- Travellers must carry valid travel documents and look after their own belongings.
- Costs arising from delays or schedule changes by airlines or ferry operators are outside Serunai Travel’s responsibility.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations must be sent in writing via WhatsApp or our official email.
- Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to another date under the agreed terms.
- Tickets, hotels or attractions already issued follow each provider’s own policy.
- Cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, government policy, border closures) will be discussed together to find the best solution.
How to book
- Choose a package or share your plan. Pick a package on the website, or send us your own plan for a custom package.
- Consultation & quote. Our admin sends the final itinerary and price breakdown for your group size and dates.
- Down payment. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit reaches Serunai Travel’s official account. The balance follows the agreed schedule.
- Travel. You receive vouchers, meeting point details and your guide’s contact before departure.
