  1. Day 1 Batam – Singapore – Batam
    • Meet at Batam Centre ferry terminal for immigration.
    • Ferry to HarbourFront, Singapore (about 1 hour).
    • Merlion Park with Marina Bay Sands in the background.
    • Esplanade and Marina Bay area.
    • Gardens by the Bay, Supertree Grove (free outdoor area).
    • Lunch.
    • Chinatown, Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Sri Mariamman Temple.
    • Shopping at Bugis Street or Orchard Road.
    • Back to HarbourFront for the afternoon ferry to Batam Centre.

Terms & conditions
  1. The SG Arrival Card must be submitted within 3 days before arrival; our team will help.
  2. Travellers must be at the terminal at least 60 minutes before the ferry.
  3. Prices apply to the group sizes in the price table and may change with exchange rates, holiday seasons and availability.
  4. A booking is confirmed once the deposit reaches Serunai Travel’s official bank account.
  5. The balance is due according to the schedule agreed before departure.
  6. The itinerary order may change due to traffic, weather or attraction opening hours, without reducing the programme.
  7. Standard twin / double sharing rooms. A single supplement applies for single rooms.
  8. Travellers must carry valid travel documents and look after their own belongings.
  9. Costs arising from delays or schedule changes by airlines or ferry operators are outside Serunai Travel’s responsibility.
Cancellation policy
  1. Cancellations must be sent in writing via WhatsApp or our official email.
  2. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to another date under the agreed terms.
  3. Tickets, hotels or attractions already issued follow each provider’s own policy.
  4. Cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, government policy, border closures) will be discussed together to find the best solution.
How to book
  1. Choose a package or share your plan. Pick a package on the website, or send us your own plan for a custom package.
  2. Consultation & quote. Our admin sends the final itinerary and price breakdown for your group size and dates.
  3. Down payment. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit reaches Serunai Travel’s official account. The balance follows the agreed schedule.
  4. Travel. You receive vouchers, meeting point details and your guide’s contact before departure.
