How do I book a package?
Choose a package and fill in the booking form or tap the WhatsApp button. Our admin will send the final itinerary and price. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit reaches Serunai Travel’s official account.
Why do some prices say "Contact us"?
Tour prices depend heavily on group size, dates (holiday seasons), exchange rates and hotel choice. To keep it accurate, our admin prepares a quote for your needs, usually the same day.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment by bank transfer to Serunai Travel’s official accounts (BCA and BNI). Always check that the account holder matches the one listed on our Contact page before transferring.
Can packages be customised?
Yes. Every package can be a private trip and adjusted: add or remove days, change hotels, add destinations or tailor menus for your group.
What documents do I need for Singapore and Malaysia?
A passport valid for at least 6 months. Indonesian citizens do not need a visa for short tourist visits to Singapore and Malaysia. Before departure you must complete the SG Arrival Card (Singapore) and the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card / MDAC; our team will help.
Which ferry terminals do trips leave from?
Usually from Batam Centre International Ferry Terminal. Singapore ferries also run from Harbour Bay and Sekupang, while Bintan and Tanjung Pinang leave from Telaga Punggur. Meeting point details are sent before departure.
Are there child prices?
Yes. Child prices depend on age and whether an extra bed is needed. Tell us the children’s ages when booking so our admin can quote correctly.
What is the minimum group size?
It depends on the package: usually from 2 people for private trips and 20 for study tours or gatherings. The minimum is shown on each package page.
What if I need to cancel?
Send your cancellation in writing via WhatsApp or email. Refunds follow the cancellation policy on the package page and the policies of providers (hotels, ferries, airlines) whose tickets have been issued.
Is Serunai Travel officially registered?
Yes. Serunai Travel holds Business Identification Number (NIB) 0208250045161 and is a member of Insan Pariwisata Indonesia (IPI), NIA 21.0778.06.000.2019.
